Step back in time and explore an important part of Brandon's history.

Join us for Hike the Hill on June 16, a guided walk through the grounds of the former Brandon Mental Health Centre. Along the way, participants will learn about the history of mental health care in Brandon, the evolution of treatment and support services, and the stories that helped shape mental health services in our community.

Whether you're interested in local history, mental health awareness, or simply enjoying a walk outdoors, this is a unique opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect.

Big feelings can be hard to handle — especially for kids and teens navigating school, friendships, stress, anxiety, and everyday life. 💚

The Chill Skills Club is a supportive, low-pressure workshop designed to help youth ages 8–16 build practical tools for managing emotions, handling stress, improving confidence, and feeling more in control.

Through guided activities, conversation, and skill-building, participants will learn healthy coping strategies in a safe and welcoming space where they can simply be themselves — without judgment.
