The largest known living organism is an aspen grove.
Pando (Latin for "I spread out") is a group of about 40,000 - 47,000 quaking aspen tree stems in Utah with an interconnected root system. It's an estimated 80,000 years old and takes up more than 100 acres. Because they are all connected underground, scientists consider it one single organism.

Manitoba’s provincial government is enforcing the Manitoba Jobs Agreement (MJA) on all provincially funded projects worth more than $50 million. This project labour agreement gives union contractors an unfair advantage over their open-shop counterparts, despite the fact that 88% of construction workers in Manitoba work in non-union environments.
