🆕New: Brandon City Pound: A lost pet is now available for adoption. *This is Fifi and she knows how to fight. She was surrendered to us on Monday and has been making it everyone’s problem since. She has zero tolerance for other animals and will not only hippo charge, but wages a full attack on anyone and anything in her vicinity, which is usually our feet. When she’s oblivious to the existence of the other residents, she’s a different cat entirely - brushes up against us, purrs, chirps, and enjoys full body massages. Fifi likes to very loudly share her constant stream of consciousness, it’s rather endearing. We don’t think she’ll be as persistently chatty in a home where her attention and affection needs are being met consistently. We were not given any information on her history at the time of surrender and without a tattoo to trace, we have to assume she has no vetting. Fifi is a young adult and will require a home where there are no small children, and she is the only animal. -As a reminder: our posts are all in good fun, just a way to keep things lighthearted and us feeling sane. We know that having her life completely changed and ending up in the pound has her scared/stressed/confused, and we don’t hold any of the behaviours shown when overwhelmed against her.
