An important course for anyone who has a loved one they want to better support through end-of-life.
Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA) offers the Last Aid course, designed to help people learn how to support loved ones through dying, death, grief, and bereavement.

The course covers:
🕊️Dying as a normal part of life
📋 Planning ahead
💗 Relieving suffering
🕯️ Final goodbyes

Death and dying can be difficult topics to talk about, but having the knowledge and tools to support someone we love can make such a meaningful difference.
