Oyate Wacipi - Peoples Powwow Oyate Wacipi is translated to Peoples Powwow from the Dakota language.

The specific names were chosen to make powwow assessible to Indigenous folks who may have lost there identity and for non-Indigenous folks to learn about powwow culture and support.
