Strong partnerships help create stronger responses.

The Safe Centre partners recently convened for a collaborative consultation session to provide feedback on our newly developed Strangulation Response Protocol and how we can incorporate a digital solution to create accessibility of its use for all of our partners. A big thank you to Nina Mistry and Firuzan Mistry from Go Thrive Go for their support and for facilitating our discussion. The discussion brought together diverse perspectives and expertise to help ensure the protocol reflects best practices and supports a coordinated, survivor-centred response.

Thank you to everyone who participated and shared their valuable insights. Your contributions are helping strengthen our community's response to strangulation and intimate partner violence.
