It is a movement for “People to care for People”, AIM is steadfastly focused on educating underprivileged children in India. It's approach is based on providing education in an ambiance that nurtures inherent talent. These children are not in a position to acquire even basic literacy skills. Schools are often inaccessible as they are far away from the remote villages they live in. They are also
often forced to take up work to eke out a living, making it impossible for them to go to school. AIM carefully selects deserving children and brings them under the loving care of wardens at student residences, specially built for the children. They are given well rounded education in a caring and compassionate environment: Discipline for success, moral values for upright living and skills to make them job-ready. Nutritious meals and medical care round off the excellent care they receive, making them healthy citizens. These residences are called student homes and have become hubs of sustainable, social change.
