What happens when youth can see what’s possible?

They begin to imagine themselves there.

A sincere thank you to for giving REST youth an opportunity to explore careers in healthcare, connect with professionals, and gain firsthand exposure to the many pathways available in the sector.

Experiences like these inspire confidence, expand horizons, and help young people envision new possibilities for their future.

Thank you for investing in the next generation. 💙

Youth homelessness is more common than many people realize, and behind every number is a young person who deserves safety, support, and a place to call home. 🏠💛

At REST Centres, we are committed to creating spaces where youth feel seen, supported, and empowered. Through housing support, life skills programs, mentorship, mental health support, and community connection, we continue working toward a future where no young person has to navigate homelessness alone.

Every conversation, every resource, and every act of support matters. Together, we can create change. ✨

🎓💰 Scholarships are out there… but knowing where to find them and how to apply can make all the difference.

We are proud to share this FREE Scholarship Application Workshop hosted by the Black Foundation of Community Networks in partnership with the Toronto Catholic District School Board, created to help Black students and families feel more prepared, confident, and supported when it comes to funding their future. ✨

From finding scholarships and bursaries to learning application tips that can help you stand out, this workshop is packed with valuable information for students in Grade 8 through high school. 📚🔥

At REST Centres, we know that access to education also means access to opportunity. That’s why we love sharing resources that help youth dream bigger, stress less about finances, and move closer to their goals. 🖤

Real talk — having a space where you can open up without being judged? That’s powerful. 💬

This Youth Mental Health Month, we’re highlighting Black Men Speak Up by Roots Community Services a space created for real conversations, connection, and support.

At REST Centres, we see every day how much it means for youth to feel heard and understood. Mental health isn’t something you should have to deal with alone, and spaces like this remind us that speaking up is strength, not weakness.

Big shoutout to Roots Community Services for doing the work and creating space for these important conversations 👏🏾

If this speaks to you or someone you know, tap in. You never know who might need it.

Celebrating culture, connection, and community ✊🏾✨

We’re proud to support the incredible work of the Black Family Support Program at the Black Future Fest—an event that highlights the strength, resilience, and future of our communities.

At REST Centres, this mission is close to our heart. Just like BFSP, we believe in creating spaces where youth feel supported, empowered, and inspired to grow into their fullest potential. 💛

From housing to life skills, mentorship to community connection, we’re here to walk alongside youth on their journey.

Join us in uplifting voices, celebrating culture, and building brighter futures together.
