Empowering Women Through Technology — This Is What Change Looks Like.

Look at this room. Over 200 women — gathered, engaged, and ready to learn.

Today GIDSS Canada hosted a powerful Women's AI & Digital Literacy Workshop — and what we witnessed was nothing short of inspiring. Women from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and generations coming together to discover how technology can transform their daily lives, their safety, their independence, and their futures.

This is not just a workshop. This is a movement.

At GIDSS, we believe that every woman — regardless of age, background, or language — deserves access to digital tools that empower her. From navigating smartphones and apps, to understanding online safety, to using AI in everyday life — our women are learning, growing, and leading.

500+ seniors reached in just one month! 💙

At GIDSS Multicultural Hub, we believe it's never too late to learn, connect, and embrace new opportunities.

Over the past month, we have had the privilege of reaching more than 500 seniors through our Smart Technology & AI workshops, helping older adults gain confidence with digital tools, explore the power of artificial intelligence, and stay connected in today's rapidly evolving world.

A special thank you to Dr. Raminder Singh, PhD, CFRE, whose dedication to community education continues to empower seniors with practical knowledge, digital skills, and the confidence to navigate technology safely and effectively.

This is more than technology training—it's about reducing isolation, promoting lifelong learning, fostering independence, and ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital age.

Violence affects us all, regardless of our background, culture, or community. At GIDSS, we believe that lasting change begins with education, respect, and meaningful conversations.

Under the leadership of Dr. Raminder Singh, PhD, CFRE, Founder & Executive Director of GIDSS, we continue to bring people together through multicultural events, interfaith dialogue, and community initiatives that promote inclusion and understanding.
