गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ, क्यानडाकी सदस्य ललिता पाण्डेको अल्पायुमै भएको असामयिक निधनप्रति गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ, क्यानडा गहिरो दुःख व्यक्त गर्दछ।

यस दुःखद घडीमा दिवंगत आत्माको चिरशान्तिको कामना गर्दै शोकसन्तप्त परिवारजनप्रति हार्दिक समवेदना प्रकट गर्दछौँ। परिवारजनलाई यस अपूरणीय क्षति सहन गर्ने शक्ति प्राप्त होस् भन्ने कामना गर्दछौँ।

Thank you to everyone who stood with NRNA NCC Canada and supported our collective effort to help families affected by the devastating floods in Nepal.

We are truly grateful for your compassion, generosity, and solidarity. The full amount raised through our donation drive was transferred to NRNA ICC on September 19, which will then transfer the funds to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support those affected by the devastating flood in Nepal.

Your kindness has reached Nepal when our people need it most.

NRNA continues its ground-level relief efforts, working alongside the Government of Nepal to deliver essential assistance to affected communities.

सम्पूर्णमा नमस्कार।

NRNA Canada की महिला उपाध्यक्ष एवं महिला चौतारीकी संस्थापक अध्यक्ष गीता दवाडी ढकालज्यू ब्राम्पटनको वडा नं. ३–४ बाट तथा वरिष्ठ समाजसेवी डा. यज्ञ पौडेलज्यू मिल्टनको वडा नं. २ बाट आगामी अक्टोबर २६ मा हुने नगर निर्वाचनमा सिटी काउन्सिलर पदका उम्मेदवारका रूपमा चुनावी मैदानमा अगाडि बढिरहनुभएको छ।

उहाँहरूको चुनावी अभियान हाल सक्रिय रूपमा सञ्चालन भइरहेको हुँदा सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रमा बसोबास गर्नुहुने तथा अन्य सहरमा रहनुहुने सम्पूर्ण नेपाली समुदायलाई चुनावी अभियानमा सहभागी भई आवश्यक साथ, सहयोग र हौसला प्रदान गरिदिनुहुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौँ।

🩸 धनकुटा जिल्ला अस्पतालमा रक्तसञ्चार सेवा सञ्चालन NRNA-NCC Canada को सहकार्य

लामो समयदेखि आपतकालीन अवस्थामा रगत आवश्यक पर्दा धनकुटावासीले सुनसरी, मोरङलगायतका जिल्लामा पुग्नुपर्ने वा सामाजिक सञ्जालमार्फत रक्तदाता खोज्नुपर्ने बाध्यता थियो। अब धनकुटा जिल्ला अस्पतालमै आकस्मिक रक्तसञ्चार सेवा (ब्लड बैंक) सञ्चालनमा आएसँगै यस कठिनाइको अन्त्य भएको छ।

यस महत्वपूर्ण मानवीय सेवाका लागि NRNA Canada ले रु. १ लाख तथा निवर्तमान अध्यक्ष माधब दुलालले व्यक्तिगत रूपमा रु. १० हजार गरी क्यानाडाबाट कुल रु. १ लाख १० हजार सहयोग प्रदान गरिएको छ।

NRNA का CEO राजेन्द्रकुमार राउतको पहलमा सञ्चालित अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय अभियानमार्फत कुल रु. १६ लाख ४५ हजार ४२८ संकलन भई धनकुटा जिल्ला अस्पतालमा यो सेवा सञ्चालन गर्न सम्भव भएको हो।

यस ऐतिहासिक तथा मानवीय अभियानलाई सफल बनाउन सहयोग, समन्वय र योगदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण व्यक्ति, संस्था, अभियानकर्ता तथा सहयोगी हातहरूप्रति NRNA Canada हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछ। 🙏

Today, NRNA Canada Senior Vice President Dr Punya Sagar Marahatta, NCCS President Sudarshan Sapkota, Board Member Khagendra Kandel, veteran philanthropist Krishna KC, among others, met with MP Salma Zahid. In the meeting, our team advocated for the urgent need to use cutting-edge technology for rescue and relief. MP Zahid assured us that she would discuss this with her colleagues in parliament. Our team also emphasized sanitation challenges in the camps and asked MP Zahid to spread the word with Canadian INGOs. The team is committed to meeting with other MPs from the Toronto area.

Beyond fundraising, our NRNA Canada team has been working tirelessly on multiple fronts including:

Advocacy: We have been continuously advocating with the Government of Canada, Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly, Mayors, and community organizations for greater attention and support for Nepal, not only recover from this catastrophic disaster but greater support for Nepal’s climate resilience and sustainable recovery. In close collaboration with the Embassy of Nepal in Ottawa and local community organizations, we are also engaging in strategic diplomatic meetings to strengthen advocacy and advance long-term support for Nepal and affected communities.

Awareness: We are raising awareness about the devastating situation in Nepal through various media platforms and community networks.

Community Support: We are listening to the stories and concerns of community members impacted by this catastrophic disaster.

Mental Health Support: We are offering mental health support for those experiencing distress and trauma.

Ground-Level Relief: In Nepal, NRNA is supporting the Government of Nepal and working side by side, in close collaboration and coordination, to help ensure relief materials and other essential assistance reach affected communities.

Nepal is hurting. Our people need us. Let us stand together.
