Join us TODAY (December 19), for a supportive GriefTalk on "Breathing Through Grief: Yoga & Meditation for Healing".
This evening, take part in mindful breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system, meditation to promote emotional release, and gentle low-impact seated yoga to create space for reflection and healing.
