🔊Sound Therapy June 26, 7:00 pm EOCC Provost
Sound Therapy is a non-invasive therapeutic modality that can complement a journey of healing and self-care by harnessing the healing powers of sound frequencies. The calm, soothing therapeutic frequencies of sound help promote deep relaxation. A troubled mind can make the body sick; the sick body troubles the mind. The vibrations of sound can help to release energy and emotional blockages in the body, inducing a state of balance and harmony that alters the brain waves.
