Bobcaygeon Helps Food Bank Bobcaygeon Helps is a non-profit corporation operating the Bobcaygeon Food Bank. We are fully independent. We serve clients within our own community.

Hours: Tuesdays & Fridays 1:30-3:30pm. On Wednesdays, between 9:30-11:00am, we open to accept donations. The Directors of Bobcaygeon Helps are representatives of the churches. Local clergy also attend meetings and play an active role. Bobcaygeon Helps has no paid employees and is operated entirely by volunteers who provide their time and energy in staffing the Food Bank, stocking the shelves and p

urchasing food with donated funds. These volunteers provide support to
the community in two ways:
• Providing a year round emergency Food Bank facility for families and individuals in need.
• Support local breakfast/lunch school programs. We rely on food and monetary donations from local residents and businesses through food drives and depository bins located at supermarkets. We are entirely self-sufficient and all donations stay within our community.

Please note the change in service hours at Bobcaygeon Helps.

✨The FIRST TUESDAY of each month now provides extended hours for clients who aren’t able to come during the afternoon.

✨We are now open to clients:
Tuesdays 1:30 to 3:30 pm*
Fridays 1:30 to 3:30 pm
*First Tuesday each month 4 to 7 pm.

Wednesdays 9:30 to 11 am remain open for donation drop-offs.

It’s hard to believe…we’ve just about run out of reusable bags.
Do you have some clean bags to spare?
If yes, please drop them off in one of the big red barrels at Bobcaygeon Foodland or Your Independent Grocer. Or, pop by Bobcaygeon Helps Food Bank on Wednesday morning when we’re open to receive donations of non-perishable food.
As always, we appreciate your generosity as we support our community members who live with food insecurity.
