Crowsnest Pass Health Foundation Crowsnest Pass Health Foundation was established in 1996. The foundation exists to raise funds and f We are a registered Canadian charity.

The Foundation uses monies for the purchase of equipment, facility enhancement, and program funding. The foundation Board of Directors consists of up to eleven voluntee trustees.
