The Canadian Masters Championship starts today, April 7th. The first draw is at 10 am MDT (11 am CDT) and CurlESP's Team Colwell is playing. Their game on Wednesday at 10 am will be live streamed.

Manitoba's Team Neufeld is also playing on Draw #1 this morning and their game on Friday at 10 am MDT will be live streamed.

Last evening at the East St Paul Curling Club, we had the honour of hosting the Opening Ceremonies for the MB Open for the very first time. Thank you to Resby Coutts (MC), Maureen McFarlane (Piper) Kari Hemminger (CurlESP President), Trevor Bale & Craig Baker (CurlMB) and our volunteer group for making it a success. A special shout out to the CurlESP Ceremonial Rock Team - Gary Rebeck and daughter Renee Fletcher, and Norm Lofgren and son Trent Lofgren. Thank you Connie Laliberte for the great photos.

Congratulations to CurlESP's Team Reynolds who earned a berth to play at the 2026 Manitoba Games as Winnipeg Blue in the Women's U15 Team Competition. The Manitoba Games take place in Thompson this year, and the girls will be competing against seven other regional teams from March 1-4, 2026. For more info on the Games, click on the link below:
