CATC, with funding from ~SaskArts and Big River Métis Local #59 ~ Present Jordanna Johnson, a proud Métis woman from Big River, Saskatchewan, for an engaging Métis Dot Art workshop. Now based in Saskatoon and working with Whitecap Dakota Nation as a Youth & Community Programs Team Lead, Jordanna brings a passion for culture, community, and creativity to her programming.
Discover the meaning behind dot art as a form of cultural expression, storytelling, and connection to the land, ancestry, and traditional knowledge. Through this mindful and creative practice, you’ll create your own artwork while learning how individual dots come together to tell powerful stories.
Create. Connect. Celebrate Culture.
Jordanna is excited to share this experience with you at CATC this July! 😊
