The four Berwick churches are feeling very blessed !! We received a Nova Scotia Government grant through the “Feed the Community Fund” which will help us continue to join our community in helping supply food items to the Library and School Food Pantries for 2026. It is also heart warming to witness how our neighbours far and near have stepped up to assist in this initiative . Although we can not deny an underlying sadness that there is such a need in our country. We help as we continue to advocate for each other.

Canned foods have been removed from the pantry by the school. The Library Pantry’s canned goods will be removed by 6:30 tonight because of expected minus temperature. * Never use bulging cans!

Come out on Saturday February 8th at 7:00pm and watch your Valley Wildcats Jr. A hockey team take on West Kent and raise funds, food and awareness for the Berwick Food Pantry. Bring a food or monetary donation to the pantry and buy a puck to chuck at the end of the first period for a chance to win one of three prizes. Cookie sale at the door
