Tiny Tick. Bigger Risk.

Late spring is peak season for nymph ticks, the immature stage of the blacklegged tick.

About the size of a poppy seed, nymphs are easy to miss and can go unnoticed during daily activities on the farm or outdoors. Their small size is one reason they are more likely to transmit Lyme disease.

Take a few minutes to check yourself, your family, and your pets after spending time outside.
