Girls Gone Rx Canada Girls Gone Rx Canada organizes Women's Team Fitness events across Canada to compete for a cure and raise funds for the Breast Cancer Support Fund.

Girls Gone Rx Canada organizes all women's fitness team events across Canada while having a blast and raising awareness for a great cause. Teams of 3 women participate in three workouts and one team skill event. You can all be from different gyms and you don’t have to be affiliated or a seasoned competitor, you just need to be badass and ready to sweat. Wear your most ridiculous matching outfits a

nd come up with a clever team name. The goal is to HAVE FUN. Oh, and did we mention there are prizes?! We also ask if you could wear some sort of “pink” on you. Athletes wear glitter, tutus, have hilarious team names, and some really outrageously fun outfits! Funds go towards the Pink Diamond Women's Cancer Fund. We love this foundation as funds go directly to the patient. Tens-of-thousands of women facing cancer also face crushing financial burdens. With time off work, insurance co-pays and the extra expenses which accompany cancer, even the basic expenses of daily living often go unmet. And when a woman has cancer, her family also “has” cancer. Her spouse, children and even grandchildren share the pain. Households can literally fall apart as a woman struggles with illness, adding an unnecessary level of suffering to an already
difficult situation. The fund covers patients with all women’s cancers including:

Breast cancer
Cervical cancer
Endometrial cancer
Ovarian cancer
Uterine cancer

We’re Back, Canada! 🇨🇦💪

After a short break, Girls Gone Rx Canada is officially back under our leadership (Bree and Luke) and we couldn’t be more excited! For those new here, Girls Gone Rx is more than just a competition—it’s a high-energy, all-female fitness event that brings women together to push limits, have fun, and raise funds for a great cause.

Founded by our friend Lindsey in the U.S., we first launched GGRx in Canada 9 years ago and we’re thrilled to be taking it over again. The last couple of years brought some challenges, but we’re here to re-ignite the community, and bring back the fun-filled competitions you know and love with epic prizing, the best swag bags and the kind of experience that makes you want to sign up year after year.

Most importantly, we compete for a cause.
A portion of every event supports Compete for a Cure, providing vital resources, education, and community support for those impacted by breast cancer.
