This event will include a walk-a-thon in order to raise funds for the United Way in Hastings-Prince Edward County. Walk This Way is a fundraiser thrown by Loyalist College with the collaboration of United Way. United Way is one of the largest investors in social services and strives to ensure all members of the community have access to essential services and have all their needs met. Their organiz

ation aims to tackle social issues including, but not limited to: local poverty such as hunger and homelessness, mental health, and due to COVID-19, social isolation. As the world is changing, United Way plans to change and adapt to fit the new needs arising and tackle the present issues caused by the recent pandemic. This is why United Way and Loyalist College needs you.
