As the Nova Scotia Nursing and Midwifery Regulator, we are committed to public protection, collaboration, and ongoing innovation. In NCSBN's In Focus article, “Leading with Kindness and Curiosity”, Doug reflects on his career as a nurse, leadership journey, the importance of relationships, and the work NSNMR does on behalf of the public.
