⭐️Welcome Kayleigh Smith, Our HomeShareCoordinator!⭐️
We are excited to welcome Kayleigh Smith to SSG in her new role as HomeShare Coordinator.
Kayleigh brings over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, and adults with diverse abilities across both group home and community settings. With a strong educational background in child and youth care, psychology, and sociology, she is deeply committed to promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion for the individuals and families she supports.
Throughout her career, Kayleigh has held a variety of roles—including Residential Care Worker and Educational Support Assistant—where she developed strong skills in program coordination, communication, and person-centered planning. She is known for her compassion, collaborative approach, and dedication to creating supportive environments where people can truly thrive.
In her new role, Kayleigh will coordinate HomeShare supports, helping to create meaningful opportunities for participants in the Disability Support Program to live independently through HomeShare arrangements.
Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys watching movies, spending time with her children, travelling, visiting amusement parks, and is a big Disney fan.
Please join us in giving Kayleigh a warm welcome as she steps into this role!
