Did you know that our horses are trained to visit care homes,senior centres and hospitals?!
Now that we have a van to transport our mini horses, we can travel farther and into the city with ease. We also have shoes and diapers for the horses which allows us to visit indoors. Even right at the bedside ❤️
Horse therapy, or equine-assisted therapy, provides immense physical, mental, and cognitive benefits for older adults.
Some of what Horse therapy can provide:
🐴Mood Enhancement: Interacting with horses boosts the release of mood-enhancing hormones, reducing stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression.
🐴Dementia Care: Studies show that equine-assisted activities drastically improve quality of life, spark communication, and ease neuropsychiatric symptoms in individuals living with Alzheimer's and other dementias.
🐴Social Engagement: Horses provide a calming sense of companionship, which helps older adults combat loneliness and isolation.

Do you know a care home, centre or even hospital that would love a visit from our little ponies? We do ask for a minimum donation for the visit but at a highly discounted rate compared to our other events and parties. We are fully insured and all ponies attend with an experienced handler.
