The Evan Ty Jenkins Pediatric Research Foundation will work with Alberta Health Services in Edmonton, Alberta, which is Canada’s largest health region and is affiliated with the University of Alberta, and specifically with the Directors of the Stollery Childrens Hospital located in Edmonton, Alberta, to reduce morbidity and mortality in children who have congenital or acquired heart disease and re

duce the risk of stroke-related incidents through enhanced understanding of the conditions, treatment options and risks; through enhanced communication between health care professionals and between health care professionals and families; and through enhanced treatment and care of the cardiac patient.

We're grateful today for the support from Boston Pizza Beaumont and Boston Pizza Albany Market Square. Their 2026 Valentine's Day campaigns raised $1,750 for cardiac kids. This funding enables us to purchase specialized medical equipment that helps children get home from hospital sooner and safer.
