They're on top of the world! 🪽

Our cadets had an opportunity to set their eyes to the sky during a Glider Familiarization at the Villenueve Airport.

Our very own Warrant Officer Second Class (WO2) Ian Torneby was one of the Glider Pilots that brought this amazing experience to life, showing what hard work and dedication brings through the Cadet Program.

WO2 Japneet Kaur’s journey with 287 Beaumont RCACS has been one filled with dedication, leadership, and kindness. While it is never easy to say goodbye, we are so proud to see her take the next step toward her dream of earning her Private Pilot’s Licence✈️

Throughout her time at 287, Japneet has inspired cadets to believe in themselves, work hard, and reach higher than they ever thought possible. Her passion for aviation has encouraged many to look up at the skies and imagine where their own dreams might take them.

Though she will be greatly missed around the squadron, the impact she has made will remain for years to come. The lessons she shared, the example she set, and the friendships she built are part of what makes our squadron family so special.

Good luck, WO2 Kaur. As you spread your wings and chase your dreams, know that an entire squadron is cheering you on. No matter where your journey leads, you will always have a home with the 287 Beaumont family. ❤️✈️

This past Wednesday, we said farewell and good luck to Cadet Warrant Officer Second Class Charisse Espiritu! ✈️

Charisse has been an amazing role model at 287 Beaumont RCACS. She has made a big difference in our Squadron and inspired many cadets to work hard and reach for their goals.

As she begins her journey at the University of Alberta, we know she will do great things. We will miss her very much, but we are excited to see what comes next.

Good luck, Charisse! The sky is the limit! And don't be a stranger. Just know an entire Squadron is behind you cheering you on. You will always be part of the 287 Beaumont family 💙🚀

🏈⚓ What an amazing night for our cadets! ✈️🏈

Last night, our cadets were honoured to attend the CAF Appreciation Football Game at École Secondaire Beaumont Composite. They proudly took part in the opening coin toss and served as the flag party as the teams took the field.

It was extra special to see former members of 287 Beaumont RCACS giving back to their community. Sailor First Class Hayden Steed, now serving with HMCS Nonsuch , shared information about opportunities in the Naval Reserves. Officer Cadet Nathan MacCollum was also part of the exciting CH146 Griffon helicopter flypast with 408 Squadron and a Beaumont Bandit Alumni himself!

These two alumni showed our cadets what is possible through hard work, dedication, and the opportunities available in the Cadet Program. We are proud to see former cadets continuing to serve Canada and inspire the next generation. Truly exemplifies the Spitfire spirit!

Bravo Zulu to all involved for making it a night to remember! 🇨🇦✨️

This Friday, 287 Beaumont RCACS cadets will be attending the Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation Football Night in Beaumont! 🇨🇦🏈

Cadets will be joining the community for a free football game hosted by École Secondaire Beaumont Composite High School in recognition and appreciation of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Today, we recognize two cadets who have reached the end of their time with 287 Beaumont RCACS, WO2 Espiritu and WO2 Kaur.

Throughout their time in the Cadet Program, they have made a lasting impact through their leadership, dedication, and commitment to the squadron.

As they age out and move on to their next chapters, we thank them for everything they have contributed to 287 and wish them all the best in what comes next.
