🚶‍♂️100,000 Steps. One Day. Zero Regrets?
It's tomorrow the big day people! We’re taking on the 100,000 Steps Challenge—aka the slightly insane, very sweaty, charity walk across Montreal’s West Island. Please join or support!

👣 That’s 80+ km, or two full marathons in one go...
The satisfaction at the finish line will taste like VICTORY.

And if walking 100,000 steps before sundown isn’t your kind of Sunday therapy, no problem—grab some friends and join us at noon to walk part of the course as a team! Whether you aim for 25K, 50K, or just come to cheer us on, your steps (and laughs) will help us reach our goal.

đź—“ Sunday, May 4th
📍 Starting at Royal Park, Beaconsfield
đź•” 5:00 AM start for solo/relay 100K
đź•› 12:00 PM start for 50K & team walkers

So lace up your sneakers, and let’s make every step count—for a cause, for a challenge, for fun. 💪

Chris and Nico crushed 60,000 steps yesterday—hard, painful, but DONE! 💪👟 To celebrate, Chris and his daughter Sydney tried to "split the G" with a well-earned Guinness! 🍻💥They Underlined it instead!

Nico, Chris and Kye went out for a 25000 step run today which equates to a half marathon. Conditions were brutal with 50km head wind going out. Great prep work for the 100000 step challenge on May 4th!

Tuesday Training Tip from one of our Founders, Crazy Chris.

Last video was 30 seconds on 30 seconds off, 30 times. This time I’m gonna pick it up a bit and bring it to one minute. One minute runs and 30 second breaks. Try to do it 20-25 times. See you soon guys.
