Derrière notre conseil d’administration, il y a des personnes engagées. Aujourd’hui, faisons connaissance avec ISABELLE AUBERTIN membre du Conseil d'Administration.
Isabelle à choisi de rejoindre le C.A parce que :
Sur le plan personnel, c’est une opportunité de redonner à la communauté. À notre arrivée, ma famille et moi avons bénéficié de l'accompagnement de l'association multiculturelle. Les services offerts, tant directs qu'indirects, ont facilité notre adaptation et notre intégration à notre nouvel environnement.
Sur le plan professionnel, cet engagement représente une occasion d'élargir mon réseau, de collaborer avec des personnes aux parcours variés et de développer davantage mes compétences en gouvernance, en participant activement aux réflexions et aux décisions qui contribuent au développement de l'organisme.
Mes objectifs au sein du C.A. sont de :
Partager mon expérience d’immigrante pour soutenir l’inclusion sociale et personnelle de nos nouveaux arrivants. Soutenir l’association pour qu’elle demeure un acteur incontournable dans la communauté et continue de se développer.

Isabelle chose to join the Board because:
On a personal level, it is an opportunity to give back to the community. When my family and I first arrived, we benefited from the support of the multicultural association. The services provided—both direct and indirect—facilitated our adaptation and integration into our new environment.
Professionally, this commitment offers a chance to expand my network, collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds, and further develop my governance skills by actively participating in the discussions and decisions that shape the organization’s growth.
My goals as a Board member are to:
Share my experience as an immigrant to support the social and personal inclusion of newcomers. Support the association so that it remains a key player in the community and continues to grow.
