What is First Shift?
🏒 A Fun Introduction to Hockey First Shift is designed specifically for children who are new to hockey, making it the perfect way to learn the game in a welcoming and supportive environment.
🏒 Affordable and Accessible Registration includes head-to-toe hockey equipment and 6 on-ice sessions, helping families get started without the high upfront costs.
🏒 Learn the Basics Participants develop skating, hockey, and teamwork skills through fun, age-appropriate activities led by trained coaches.
🏒 Build Confidence and Friendships Children gain confidence, stay active, and make new friends while learning the fundamentals of Canada's game.
