Show & Tell Simcoe County Personal Historian Judith Banville hosts story sharing events in Oro-Medonte & Barrie Other times, we share any memorabilia, artwork, souvenirs, photos, etc.

Show and Tell Simcoe County began in January 2014 to bring community together to share their personal history stories. After establishing a track record of successful community events, we're now taking the next step to formally incorporate as a non-profit, so we're looking for board members & funding to move that forward. Sometimes our events have a theme, such as The Barrie Tornado, or Tales of the Penetanguishene Road, or Cookbooks & Kitchen Antiques. and the story of why it is important to us. Listeners welcome too! We meet on an irregular basis in Oro-Medonte & Barrie. Like this page to stay informed about locations and dates, as they change, depending where I can get free space to meet!. Email [email protected] for more information or to guarantee a storytelling slot at one of our events. Or order our DVD of The Barrie Tornado Remembered 30th anniversary event. Why not check out and Like my Word Portraits FB page, too? I share tips and info about preserving your life stories there.
