June is Rotary Fellowships Month—a time to celebrate one of the things that makes Rotary so special: the friendships and connections we build through service.
Rotary Fellowships bring together members from around the world who share common interests, hobbies, professions, and passions. From cycling and photography to wine appreciation, hiking, sailing, and countless other interests, Fellowships help Rotarians connect beyond club meetings and community projects.
But Fellowship is about more than shared interests.
It's about the friendships formed while volunteering at events, the conversations that happen before meetings begin, the support we offer one another through life's challenges, and the sense of belonging that keeps members engaged year after year.
At the Rotary Club of Barrie-Huronia, we're grateful for the friendships we've built and the community we've created together. Because while we come together to serve, many of us stay because of the people we meet along the way.
Here's to the friendships that strengthen our Club, our community, and our Rotary family around the world.
