Community is at the heart of everything we do. 🧡

Recently, our trainees had the opportunity to give back through a hands-on community project in partnership with UPlift Black. Together, they put their skills to work while making a meaningful impact beyond the jobsite.

Projects like these are about more than construction, they’re about teamwork, growth, confidence, and building stronger communities together.

We’re proud of our trainees for showing up with dedication, professionalism, and heart every step of the way.

Thank you to UPlift Black for working with us and helping create opportunities that empower people through skilled trades and community connection!
