May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

When we think about recovering from injury, we often focus on the physical side 👉 surgery, rehabilitation, strength, and mobility. But recovery also involves mental and emotional wellbeing.

Injury can impact confidence, identity, motivation, and overall mental health. Feelings of frustration, isolation, uncertainty, and anxiety are common parts of the recovery journey.

✔️ Your commitment to rehabilitation afterward
✔️ Strength, mobility, and movement retraining
✔️ Psychological readiness and confidence during recovery

ACL recovery is a journey and supporting both the physical and mental side of recovery can make a meaningful difference in long-term outcomes.
