Reminder of up coming Mens workshop…

A Communication Workshop for Men.

Do you walk away from important conversations wishing they had gone differently? Are you making an effort to change patterns in your relationships but still ending up in the same places?

Based on principles of Non-Violent Communication, this workshop is about getting insight into the thoughts, beliefs and values that underlie the way we communicate. It will open up the possibility for you to change how you listen and talk to people, especially during conflict.

Sunday, April 12th. 1pm – 3:30 pm.
Canadian Peace Museum, 17 Valley View Drive, Bancroft.

Please RSVP to Chris Hayward: [email protected]
There is no cost for this workshop

💗 You’re warmly invited to our Friday Café - Creating a Love Shrine 💗

Join us for a gentle, creative gathering where we will co-create a shared love shrine - honoring the people, relationships, memories, and living beings that matter most in our hearts. This is a space for reflection, connection, and simple togetherness.

You’re welcome to bring photos, small mementos, art, or natural items from the earth that represent someone or something you love. You may also bring a snack to share if you wish.

All are welcome - whether you come to create, remember, celebrate, or simply sit in the shared field of care and community.

📍 Canadian Peace Museum
🕙 Friday, Feb 13 | 10:00am–1:00pm

We’d love to see you there. Please share with others who may enjoy this meaningful morning together.

As the year draws to a close, we invite you to pause and consider the quality of your relationships - how you show up, how others show up, and what truly supports connection and well-being.

The Trust is committed to supporting our community through Compassionate Communication workshops that build skills for clarity, empathy, and healthy dialogue.

We look forward to entering the New Year with a shared understanding of what supports strong, life-serving relationships 💞

Hello lovely People,

Thank you to those who joined us on Friday to celebrate everything garlic! It was not the day to plant but it sure was fun to gather and play. We may make this a tradition - Garlic fun facts, spin the garlic, guess the # of cloves, ode to garlic, garlic portraits and my favourite, garlic readings. Thank you for being part of this.

The garlic is all geared up now for planting and the weather looks perfect to plant tomorrow. Please join us in the Trust Peace Gardens (19 Valley View Drive) around 10:00. You can plant your own bed and/or plant for the community. Garlic cloves are provided.

We look forward to putting hands in soil one last time this season.
