Throughout the menopause transition, the risk of depression, anxiety, cognitive functioning concerns and other mental health issues can rise significantly.
Many people experience new mental health symptoms, while others with pre-existing mental illness may find that symptoms intensify.
The emotional, psychological, and cognitive impacts of the menopause transition can be unexpected and distressing.
Join us to learn, share, and explore in a safe and supportive group setting.
