Our president represented our board in Saskatoon today in a collaboration of cooperatives discussing the struggles and triumphs of cooperatives in the prairie provinces.

Telling our story both locally and nationally helps bring awareness to the road blocks to opening a childcare centre.

Congratulations to Co-operatives First for their 10 year anniversary.

Without you we would not have achieved the progress we have. Can’t wait for the immense changes coming in the next 6 months. Stay tuned.

Thank you to our community for joining us today at our Pancake brunch "The Last Hurrah" at NNCC! We enjoyed the company and are excited to see some advancements over the coming months! 🛠

Our 50/50 winner graciously donated the pot back to North Norfolk Childcare Co-op! Thank you! 🎟

Lastly, we are proud to announce that the operating name of the Austin location will be Little Lions Daycare! 🦁💕 This name holds special meaning to the building, our supporters and a proud legacy within our community.

When will we be open???
Is a question we continue to be ask, and rightfully so as the community needs a daycare! Unfortunately we aren’t able to narrow it down enough to provide a great answer.
Order of remaining events before opening:
ELCC grant application approval
Contractor tender
Renovations
Hire staff /registration
Opening day 🎉
All while continuing to raise funds for viability.
