Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing moms, grandmas, stepmoms, and mother figures in our ASC family! 💐⛸️

We see you.

We see the early mornings, the rushing to practices, the tying skates, the snack packing, the hair braiding, the cheering from the stands, and the countless drives to and from the arena.

Thank you for all of the support, encouragement, and love you give our skaters — both on and off the ice. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and our club would not be the same without you.

A big thank you to the Athabasca Regional Multiplex Fitness & Aquatic Centre for their incredible support throughout our season.

From sharing our events on your page, to helping us set up and take down equipment, connecting us to Bluetooth when technology got the best of us, and always greeting us with a friendly smile — your staff has been nothing short of amazing.

We are so grateful to have such a clean, safe, and beautiful facility to use each week. The Multiplex truly feels like our second home.

Thank you as well for your support during our Heart & Hustle competition, especially for allowing us to host our silent auction in the foyer and helping our club feel present throughout the building. It was wonderful hearing people ask about our club and notice what we were doing. We may be a small club, but we are doing our best to stay active, visible, and continuing to grow in our community — and we couldn’t do it without your support.

We also want to thank you for your generous donation of a monthly gym pass and concession certificate. Our skaters were thrilled to receive this! They already love spending time at the Multiplex, so this was a very special gift for them.

Wow—what a season! ⛸️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Year-End Gala and Fun Skate and to all the families who helped make this season so memorable—from the Heart & Hustle competition, Santa Skate, and parade, to the success of our 50/50 raffle, auctions, donations, fundraising, and volunteering.

A big thank you to Athabasca Outdoor Products for their generous donation to the Athabasca Skating Club! We truly appreciate the support from local businesses that help make our events and programs possible.

Keep an eye out for this great prize at our next competition silent auction during the 2026–2027 skating season — it’s definitely one you won’t want to miss!

If any local businesses or community members are interested in donating items for our next silent auction, we will begin accepting donations in Fall 2026. Your support helps us continue creating great opportunities for our skaters.

⛸️ ASC End-of-Season Fun Skate! ⛸️

Join us for a Fun Skate on Wednesday, March 25th from 5:00–7:00 p.m.

This skate is free and open to all of our Monday and Wednesday ASC skaters. It’s a great chance to get on the ice, skate with friends, and celebrate wrapping up another great season together! 🎉

⚠️ Reminder: All skaters must wear a CSA-approved helmet.
