Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused.

A few important reminders when registering:

Please ensure that your 2026–2027 Skate Canada Membership & Insurance Fee is included with your registration. This provides your skater with Skate Canada membership and insurance coverage for the season.

When reviewing your cart, under #1, you will see “Add Suggested Subscription.” Click this if you would like to opt out of fundraising and/or volunteering, and select the appropriate opt-out option.

If you do not purchase an opt-out, you will be required to provide your fundraising and/or volunteering cheques on the first day of skating. All required cheque amounts can be found in the program description or on our website.

⛸️ Friendly Reminder — Registration Opens Tomorrow! ⛸️

Registration for the Athabasca Skating Club 2026–2027 season opens tomorrow, September 1st! 🎉

This year, we’re excited to offer registration discounts:

• 15% off for families registering multiple skaters OR
• 15% off when registering in multiple programs
• Maximum one 15% discount per family — discounts cannot be stacked.

If you qualify for a discount, please select the “Pay Later” option at checkout. This gives our Treasurer time to apply the appropriate discount and send you an updated invoice before payment.

❤️ Want to save another $25?
Attend our AGM on September 14th at 6:00 p.m., upstairs at the Multiplex, and receive an additional $25 off per family. Babysitting will be available!

We are a small board of passionate parents who want to see our skating programs succeed, grow and continue to evolve, but we can’t do it without parent involvement.

We also need enough members in attendance to reach quorum and officially hold our AGM. Without quorum, the meeting cannot proceed, which can delay important decisions and slow down getting our season underway. Your attendance really does make a difference!

We’d love to see more families involved, hear your ideas, and work together to make this another great season for our skaters. ⛸️❤️

The Athabasca Skating Club 2026–2027 season is almost here! Registration officially opens tomorrow, September 1st! 🎉

We have programs available for all ages and skill levels, from brand-new skaters taking their first steps on the ice to experienced figure skaters and hockey players looking to build their skills.

We’ve been working hard to get ready for another great season at the Athabasca Skating Club!

✨ New this year: Families can choose to register for the full skating year or register for individual Fall and Winter sessions.

💰 Registration Discounts
• 15% off for multiple skaters in one family OR multiple programs

Wow, can you believe summer is almost over?! ☀️⛸️

While we’re definitely not wishing these long summer days away, we have to admit—we’re getting pretty excited to get back to the rink! ❤️🖤

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing moms, grandmas, stepmoms, and mother figures in our ASC family! 💐⛸️

We see you.

We see the early mornings, the rushing to practices, the tying skates, the snack packing, the hair braiding, the cheering from the stands, and the countless drives to and from the arena.

Thank you for all of the support, encouragement, and love you give our skaters — both on and off the ice. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and our club would not be the same without you.
