Hi everyone!
Fundraising is an integral part of keeping our group alive. This fall, we have been selected to partner with the Heartwood Folk Club during their Fall 2026 Heartwood Live Fall Concert Series by operating the intermission concession; with 100% of the proceeds going to our group.
We have been selected to provide the concession at the Shelley Jones & A Touch fo Cole show on October 16, 2026.
Heartwood is asking a small favour in return. Help them fill the Nancy Appleby Theatre.
Attached is the poster for the Fall 2026 Heartwood Live season.
Here’s how we can help them:
· Purchase tickets for your family for the show we are providing the concession at; and see how our youth are being great entrepreneurs and hosts.
· Purchase full pass ($100) so you can enjoy 4 great shows (all shows are Friday or Saturday) for just $25/show.
· Bring your friends to the show, increasing the purchases at the concession and improving our fundraising efforts.
· Share the poster with your friends and family to help spread the word about the upcoming season.
A full Nancy Appleby Theatre will not only show the great musicians what a great community we have, but will also increase our fundraising opportunities.
Tickets are available in town at Pharmasave, Athabasca Health Foods & Whispering Hills Fuels; or you can buy them online at Eventbrite.
Our support to the Heartwood Folk Club by purchasing tickets and helping to promote the season will help keep Heartwood Folk Club operating for years to come and provide us with continued opportunities for fundraising.
