We are so grateful to everyone who laced up their sneakers, hopped on their bikes, and came out to Red Pine Bay for this year’s Tour de Poutine!

Thanks to your donations, we can continue our mission to strengthen community connections and tackle food security across the Greater Arnprior area 💚

When you have more than you need, build a longer table—and this weekend, our community table got a whole lot bigger 🥰

A special shout out to our The Longer Table volunteers who started their day early with us spreading the word about our cause- we truly have the best volunteers!! ☀️

🚴‍♀️🚶‍♂️🍟 $𝟗𝟎𝟎 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞!

Thanks to more than 50 amazing participants, this weekend’s Tour de Poutine raised $900 for The Longer Table to help support food security in our community!

The new walking component was a huge hit, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect for a day of walking, cycling and poutine!

A very special thank you to Betty's Chips Stand for generously donating a delicious poutine to every participant, and to all our wonderful volunteers, we truly couldn’t have done it without you!

We can't wait to see you all in 2027!!! 🚴🚶🏼‍♂️🫶

Join us on Saturday, September 19th at Red Pine Bay (642 𝘜𝘴𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘵) for a scenic ride or walk through our community.

𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:
🚴 𝑪𝒚𝒄𝒍𝒆: Take on the traditional 26-km cycling route along our beautiful country roads, led by Andy Kalnins.
🚶 𝑾𝒂𝒍𝒌: Explore the trail from Red Pine Bay toward the Sand Point Lighthouse. The full out-and-back route is approximately 8.5 km, with shorter distances available to accommodate all ages and ability levels. Signs will mark each kilometre along the trail so walkers can track their progress and easily choose when to turn around for a shorter route.

🟥Registration/check-in will begins at 10AM, and participants will depart at 10:30AM.
🟥This year, registration is offered on a 𝒑𝒂𝒚-𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕-𝒚𝒐𝒖-𝒄𝒂𝒏 basis so that cost is not a barrier to participation.
🟥Registration includes poutine, provided by 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐲’𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬, and a drink.
🟥All registration donations will support 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞.
