Do you know someone who may be experiencing violence in their relationship — or someone causing harm?

This workshop offers practical tools for recognizing when a friend, neighbour, or family member may be in distress within an intimate partner relationship, and how to respond with care and support.

Participants will also explore ways to safely interrupt and challenge verbal misogyny when it happens in everyday conversations, with real-life examples and strategies for speaking up.

Together, we can build safer, more connected communities.

Hoping to get folks together to choose a couple of songs to sing at this year's Pride Festival, choose a group name, and get at least one more practice in before June 13th.

War does not affect everyone equally.

Women and girls are more likely to

⚫ be displaced

⚫ face sexual violence

⚫ lose access to healthcare

— all while trying to keep their families alive as essential services collapse around them.

See how war impacts women and what you can do to help in our new explainer on gender and conflict: http://unwo.men/6zuZ50Z2sLV
