Pollinator Beds Incoming!!! 🦋
We are prepping 8 beds down the first mile of trail for pollinator friendly plants!
What does that involve?
It’s laying down cardboard and woodchips to kill the plants underneath (which is what you see here)
Then, we’ll plant native flowers and grass to help the bees, butterflies and other pollinators have more habitats with the goal being to eventually give them a stepping stone style highway all the way to Gretna! 🐝🦋🌺🌷🌻
