Develop West Prince is now hiring two key positions for our SEAM Program. These are short-term, full-time opportunities to support and guide youth as they build skills, confidence, and connections.

👉 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿
This role focuses on delivering hands-on programming, coordinating daily activities, and supporting participants through learning and career exploration. Ideal for someone who enjoys facilitation, teamwork, and working directly with youth.

👉 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿
This role provides one-on-one and group support around mental health, wellness, and personal development. Ideal for someone compassionate, organized, and comfortable helping youth navigate challenges in a supportive environment.

🗓 Contract: June 1 - August 21, 2026 (12 weeks)
⏰ Hours: 37.5 per week
💰 Wage: $19.50/hour + vacation pay
📍 Locations: Alberton and O’Leary (West Prince)

Develop West Prince and North Cape Coastal Drive are hosting a series of engagement sessions to explore how we can build on our strengths to support vibrant communities, economic growth, and increased visitation to the region.

These gatherings will bring together community groups, municipalities, businesses, recreation leaders, tourism operators, and residents to explore opportunities, share ideas, and identify where collaboration could make a difference.
