What a great day! Together we raised $22,376 at this year’s Outrun CF Durham 5K Walk/Run.

Every step taken and every dollar given will help advance research, strengthen advocacy, and provide vital resources and support for people living with cystic fibrosis.

Thank you to everyone who registered, donated, and showed up—we truly couldn’t do this without our Outrun CF community.

We’re so grateful. See you next year!

Today is the day!

Good morning to our Outrun CF Family! What a beautiful day! We hope you will join us today at noon at Carruthers Marsh Pavilion for the 16th annual Outrun CF Durham 5K Walk/Run.

All funds raised for this year's walk go towards advocacy, research, and supports to improve the lives of people in Canada living with CF!

Tomorrow is about community, showing up for one another, and improving the health and well-being of Canadians living with CF. The weather is on our side and we are ready to walk and run together to catch up to a cure!

ONLY ONE MORE DAY UNTIL THE 16TH ANNUAL OUTRUN CF DURHAM 5K WALK/RUN!

If you are planning on joining us for the walk tomorrow, please arrive at Carruthers Marsh Pavilion at 11:30. The walk will kick of at noon.

If you have not registered yet you can still do so at https://changemakers.crowdchange.ca/128311. Donations are also appreciated!

If you are unable to join us you can complete the walk virtually in your neighbourhood, whenever it is convenient for you! If you are walking virtually don't forget to send your picture to [email protected].

When you join us on Sunday, April 26 at the Carruthers Marsh Pavilion, don’t forget to bring along your gently used shoes — any type, any size!

We’re proud to partner with BioPed, whose staff will be onsite collecting footwear at the Outrun CF Durham 5K walk/run. These donated shoes will be distributed to people in need within our community and around the world!

It’s a simple way to give back while you walk — turning every step into something even more meaningful.
