June is Pride Month! 🌈

Pride Season celebrates the many Pride events that take place throughout the summer, from June to September. During this time, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and allies come together to honour resilience, celebrate diversity, and recognize the many contributions that 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals have made—and continue to make—in our communities.

Pride is both a celebration and a reminder of the ongoing journey toward equality, inclusion, and belonging. It is a time to uplift voices, share stories, foster understanding, and stand together in support of a world where everyone can live authentically and with pride.

We’re excited to share a new partnership with BTO Oshawa, a club at Ontario Ontario Tech University, dedicated to helping reduce the impacts of homelessness in the Durham Region.

Through donations, essential supplies, and advocacy, their members are making a meaningful difference for individuals and youth in our community.

We are especially grateful for their generous donation to our shelter, along with their compassion, energy, and commitment to positive change.💙
