Abbotsford Art Studio Tour

Abbotsford Art Studio Tour Plan on taking a drive around Abbotsford on the free, self-guided "Abbotsford Art Studio Tour" taking place Saturday, September 13th 2014

The tour features a variety of artists and artisans. It is the first year for this tour, and we are sure it will be the first of many. Participating artists open their studio doors to the public. Guests are invited to not only enjoy the finished artwork, but, also the process behind it. We feel that artwork is best understood when the guest can meet the creator. There are also 'stops of interest'

to take in along the way. This event is generously sponsored by Tourism Abbotsford and Vancouver Coast and Mountains.

Happy New Year! It is time to get busy! Plans for the upcoming Abbotsford Art Studio Tour are taking shape once again. The date for the tour is August 8th and 9th. We are looking to expand the tour this year, so, if you are interested in being in the tour, please let us know.

What a great day for the art studio tour! We want to thank all the visitors of the tour, we hope to see you again next year for an even bigger and better tour. We are so excited about the Abbotsford Art Studio Tour that is happening this Saturday, the 13th, from 10-5. We have been overwhelmed with positive comments and support regarding the tour and it has not even happened yet. We cannot wait to hear what visitors have to say after the tour! Plans are already brewing for the tour next year.

We have a wonderful line-up of artists/studios in the tour this year and they are: Dianna Ponting's Vanishing Heritage Artworks, Bente Hansen, The Glasshive Studio, Venema Pottery, Donna Scheven;s Untamed Garden Studio and our guest artists, that will be located at Birchwood Dairy, are R**t Herder and Lora Armbruster.
