The East Abby Kids Swap Team

Back in 2013, a group of friends from Christian Life Community Church started the East Abby Kids Swap as a way to provide a community service as well as give something back to Abbotsford Schools such as Terry Fox, Dr. Thomas A. Swift, Jackson, Dormick Park, and Ten Broek. who were in need of funds for breakfast programs, library books or sensory room equipment. To date, we have raised over $10,000 and we have given it all back to Abbotsford! Our team is made up of people who care for kids: parents, teachers, nurses, pastors, students, and many others. The volunteer team has changed over the past years but one thing hasn’t changed: our passion for our community!
