What can I give in this moment?

This simple question has become one of my favourite ways to work with the Law of Give and Receive.

Sometimes the answer is surprisingly small—a breath, a little patience, a willingness to listen, or simply giving my conscious presence to what is happening right now.

And I've discovered something else:

Listening itself is both giving and receiving.

When I give my attention to what is happening within me, I become available to receive something deeper.

This month's newsletter explores the Law of Give and Receive, the ways we can consciously participate in it, and a simple soul practice for listening within.
