AI seems like an "off-set programmed technology;' something that does not exist, without having been pre-programmed. Humans have been given not only a body, and a mind, but also a spirit. How the spirit interacts with the mind and heart and will, and the body, is something that AI does not address. How the embodiment of a physical body, that holds the mind, and the will and the spirit and the heart, and volition, and moral capacity, makes the human being much more different and completely other, than something that we as humans would ever have capacity to create. What God made in humans, is not possible to replicate, but is is possible to be like God, and create things, but not the things that have to do with life." (RTNSOT, Mike Epp) In this short clip, John Lennox explains important ideas to think about, when it comes, not only to Judeo-Christian ethics and technology, but what things in our modern moment, that fall shamefully short, of anything that God has constitutionally made and created, even though humanity in our likeness to God, in our creativity, have tried to duplicate. We cannot be deceived, that we can do what God did, or does. And it is a deception to think that we can. And when truth factors are measured against such ideas, it shows how short we fall, not only in our product, but also in our intentions to be something that created beings were never meant to do. As such, we are called to be like God, but we will never have the capacity to be God. What about calling? Can AI, call into being someone like Abram, and make into a nation and purpose that encompasses the cosmos and all the nations to be realized through an incarnation? AI, would need to exist before all things that exist. That is why, AI will always be an off-set, programmed technology, and a product of an entity that has been made in the image of God, and nothing more than that.

Fear and Hope, among many ideas, can play on each other in our lives depending on all the many things they are connected to. Fear, also has the potential to cloud the hope in our lives.

It may be the carol which says, "the hopes and the fears of all the years are met in thee (you) tonight," bears a truth that is much needed in our lives.

The need-meeter, is also another aspect of who Jesus is. He joins the confusion of different nations, and unites them into something that is relevant for each human, by becoming a human being. The confusion and turmoil of the nations exists in similar ways, as when the first Christmas event and moment took place, and in the midst of it, there was God. He can meet our needs, so Merry Christmas from Rev the Nations, this year, in that spirit! The fears dealt with and the hope in someone and something that will not perish and fade - the Christ child.

"Our Head left glory and came down to this traumatized world. He became flesh like us; he literally got in our skin. He did not numb or flee the atrocities of this world or of our hearts. Will we, his body, also leave our spaces, our chapels and enter the trauma of terrified and shattered humanity in the name of Jesus?" {Langberg]

Remember Dickens, who painted the picture of being haunted by a spirit saying "here is both ignorance and want; remember them." Who did these children represent? The needs of our world-neighbors, and the call to use "time and resource," [as the clock struck, the spirit died, conveying that this timeline is limited by death] to bring alleviation to both ignorance and want, and to produce education and help for those in need. The idea of mission did not begin with the Great Commission. It did not even begin with creation. It began when God had in his mind, before creation, meeting the need of a broken world and sending a person of the God-head to meet the needs of humans.
