Over the Abbotsford Airshow weekend, our Cadets got the opportunity to tour the tower with Airshow Announcer Roy Hafeli, who retired after this weekend’s Airshow.
Thank you so much Roy from all of us at 861 for the opportunity and for being the voice of the Airshow for all of these amazing years!

Wednesday, July 1st. Canada Day reminders:

Eat a healthy breakfast, stay hydrated.

Dress is SUMMER DRESS

Meet at the VIP (green box w/yellow arrow) area NLT 0930 July 1 for the Canada Day parade! The parade steps off at 1100 sharp!!

Cadets can be dropped off at the drop off location at the west end of 7 Oaks Mall.

Parent pick up will be 1200 at the cadet hall.

Band **** Leave your instrument cases at home or in your vehicle. There is no storage onsite.

Remember Cadets, if you are not attending any summer camps, it is expected that you attend the Canada Day parade.

Wednesday - Camp information night for cadets that are attending.

861 Silverfox is hosting a BBQ on June 24th from 1700-2100 hours. It’s free and all cadets, and their families are welcome to come. There will be sports, games and a water fight (if you want to participate bring your own water gun)

July 1st - Canada Day parade, attendance is mandatory if you are not at CTC 🇨🇦

WHAT: 861 Silverfox invites you to our Annual Ceremonial Review. Come support our Cadets who have put so much hard work into making this happen. There will be presentations on everything we’ve done this year, as well as food in the 861 building after the event has concluded.

Those of you working on ACR Displays, you have the opportunity to do so on Monday or Tuesday 1830-2130

Wednesday - Regular Parade Night, wear civvies. Bring your water bottles.

Level 2s - Cascade Aerospace Tour Located at Abbotsford International Airport. 1337 Townline Rd, Abbotsford. We will all meet at this location. Wear your FTUs. Leave your phones at HOME.
Parents must drop you off at this location at 1745 and pick you up at 2000
