There is some gym equipment for free right outside the fitness centre if anyone wants to come claim it!

The fitness centre has been upgraded! The equipment has been rearranged for more space and old equipment has been tossed.

We are actively looking for a barbell so if you know of one that could be bought second hand or donated let Jenn know!

Memberships can be purchased for easy access to the fitness gym. 25$/month- individual 125$/ year-individual 200$/year- Family

Last week the kiddos “bought” tickets in their homemade cars to the drive in movie theatre. They had lots of snacks as Penguins of Madagascar played on the big screen! Agriculture was our second theme of the week, where the kids named types of crops, played with glow germs, and made little tractors out of popsicle sticks!

🧪 Kids at the Abbey ABC Centre traded typical summer activities for slime, volcanoes, Coke and Mentos and even green elephant toothpaste during a Science Fair-themed camp day.

The free summer programming is designed to keep children active, learning and socializing during the school break.

Wednesday evening the ABC Centre hosted a Teen Cooking Class! The teens learned about chopping hacks, safety in the kitchen, frying tips, and tricks for cooking pasta! It was a blast getting to eat too much food and learn new important life skills! A special thanks goes out to everyone who attended and enjoyed the food.
