Lots going on at the hall. Today United Concrete donated and delivered gravel for use under our new outdoor storage unit and our outdoor washroom. United Concrete were also very generous by donated $500 gift certificates to all 3 of our luncheon fundraisers. We are so grateful for their continued support of our projects.
Thanks to our volunteers, John, Terry and Graham for getting the foundation completed today.
On Saturday, at the pickleball court opening, the South Cariboo Pickleball Association presented the RCA's outdoor recreation committee with a $3000 cheque towards our outdoor washroom being installed very shortly.

With your help, a NEW OUTDOOR REC CENTRE IN THE 108 will be coming soon!

We are raising funds to build a much-needed outdoor recreation facility—along with an outdoor washroom—on our community hall property.

The 108 Mile Ranch, located in central BC, has grown significantly over the past decade and is now home to approximately 3,000 residents. Yet despite this growth, our children and youth still have no dedicated, year-round outdoor sports facility. With this facility it opens up opportunities for activities like skating, hockey, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and street hockey as well as a place where seniors can stay active and social, a space for families to gather and celebrate, a venue for events, markets, and weddings, and a central gathering place that brings our entire community together.

The 108 Mile Ranch Community Association's Outdoor Recreation Committee would like to extend our sincere thanks to Enbridge for awarding us another Fueling Futures Grant in the amount of $5,000.

These funds will go directly toward our outdoor washroom project, an important addition to our growing community recreation space. Your continued support helps us move closer to creating accessible, welcoming amenities for all residents and visitors.

Thanks to everyone who participated, donated and helped in making “girls just wanna have fun - game show edition” a huge success!
We raised over $6600.
We had many fabulous helpers including Lorne, Steve, Annette, Kristina, Kate our five students who once again did an amazing job pitching in absolutely everywhere they were needed, plus Brad and Randy for keeping everyone hydrated in the “bar”.
I also wish to thank the Outdoor Recreation Committee, Lucille, Jordan, Cindy, Debbie and Bonnie for working so hard to make this event happen.
Thanks to the following business for their Generous In-Kind Donations towards our event: Fresco, 100 Mile Chevron, Save-On Foods, Tasco, Franks Custom Meats, Carol Thorne & Peggy Archer.
